Please disclose a copy of the information held, that was referred to in the
DWP Serious Case Panel meeting on 17 September 2020, mentioned in 3.1 of the minutes
and 3.2 "assurance processes", 3.3 the Target Operating Model, 3.5 the "analytical framework" and 4.2 the "Mental Health and Accessibility theme and discuss and agree the proposed recommendations"

Please also provide details of membership of the "safeguarding network", with details of past and future meetings and copies of associated mettings minutes.

Please also provide a business plan or equivalent and or summary of the work the DWP Caxton House Customer Experience Secretariat undertake/it's remit.
