d, 3rd dedcutions team that deal with water, how many mr and appeals request from claiments has the dept recived in the last 24 months has this dept recived?

e, when making a claim to pip, a assement must be done, apart from the following, TELEPHONE ASSMENT, FACE TO FACE ASSEMENT, HOME VISIT ASSESMENT, OR A PAPER BASED ASSMENT, what other way of conducting assements does atos health care / dwp have available to them (I require the law (ss regs) and internal guidance / policy's at the bootle pip claim offices internal guidance / policy / rule book / internal email or memos)
