Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I would be grateful if you would please provide the most recent version of the DWP's
Overpayment Recovery Guide for Employment Support Allowance or similar document if it has been renamed. This gives
decision makers guidance on how to deal with recovery of benefit overpayments.
Please also confirm whether there have been any changes to the guidance as a result of
the introduction of Mandatory Reconsiderations and give details if there are any.

Yours faithfully,

Ms Taylor
