Dear DWP freedom-of-information-requests,

I have not recieved a response to my request within the statutory timescales as defined by the Freedom of Information Act.

I would have thought that it would have been a simple process to locate the materials requested as they related to the operation of your department and (presumabley) are consulted every single time you receive a request.

Please provide the requested information within the next 24 hours along with an explanation for the delay.

Yours sincerely,
