DWP direct mail campaign to explain the new state pension.

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I have been reading a report done by The National Audit Office (NAO)on 28 October 2016 "Introduction of the new state pension ". On page 34 paragraph 4.6 it mentions "the Department tested a direct mail campaign to explain the new state pension. "

Can you please let me have a copy of the department mail campaign to explain the new state pension.that was sent out in the direct mail campaign sent out in November 2014 as mentioned in the NAO report.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing again to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'DWP direct mail campaign to explain the new state pension.'.

I originally wrote in about 10 November 2016 ago and received a reply mentioning that it had been received in your office on 11 November 2016 which mentioned I should receive a reply by 8 December 2016 As I did not receive a reply I wrote in again to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews and received. an automated confirmation that your request for information has been accepted by the DWP FoI mailbox.

As you have not given me the courtesy of a reply can you reply by the end of this week or I will have to take it to the Information Commissioner. It does not show you FOI team as being very professional if even the person who does the review does not reply.

Yours faithfully,

C Thompson
