Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please provide information you hold that shows the DWP will contact "several times" before sanctions "come into effect". Reference to help with this request: http://s24.postimg.org/u3xox7jbp/effect....

What are the means used for these "several" contact methods and how are such contact methods recorded by the DWP? How many times does the term "several" refer to in the information you hold? Please provide the information held for each stage of your "chain" of "processes" followed before sanctions "come into effect". If any of the "several" contact methods fail what processes does the DWP follow?

Yours faithfully,
Ian Wolf
