In the case of a Jobseeker’s Allowance claimant migrating to Universal Credit, on what basis can the DWP require the claimant to permit full access to their Universal Jobsmatch account as a condition of registration for Universal Credit ?
It has I understand been suggested in a number of such cases, that Universal Credit requires full DWP access in order to correctly verify claimant activities on Universal Jobsmatch.
I would appreciate therefore, a clarification of the regulations regarding DWP access to the Universal Jobsmatch account of a Universal Credit claimant.
