Dear Cathy,

Thank you, I can read all that now.

There one extra thing that I asked, what was the rent regime (Social Rent or Affordable Rent) for the Flexible tenancies acquisitions?

Are you able to help with that part of the question please.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Burnham

Dear Paul - was that the query you asked as a separate FOI? Because I am working on that one too, just separately.

Dear BHomes Complaints & Info,

Thank you for your reply to this question.

However there is one point which you have not yet replied to.

You have advised me that dwellings purchased for permanent housing included: 32 ex-RTB, 3 S106 and 3 other in 2019/20. and 27 ex-RTB in 20/21. However you have not yet stated "how many of these properties have been let as Social Rent and Affordable Rent in each case, for each year (or with any other rent regime, in which case, please provide details)."

You have stated that these homes are let at Flexible Tenancies, but that is a statement about the tenancy type and not about the rent regime.

I would be grateful if you could provide teh missing detail.

Thanks very much for your help.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Burnham
