Dear RBK FOI,

Thank you for your response. You wrote "Answer: We complete regulatory statistical returns each year, these returns are published online. You should be able to find all the information you are requesting by looking at the returns. Please come back to us, if after looking at the returns, you still have further
questions."

My comments are that I have already read the LA housing statistics on line, and my FOI question to you is seeking to find more detailed information which is not presented in the publicly published LA housing statistics.

I look forward to your substantive response to the question which I have submitted.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Burnham

Dear RBK FOI,

Thank you for your response.

In your reply, you advised me of the purchase of these properties:

Temporary accommodation in each of the last three years from the following source:
(2a) Ex-RTB homes on council estates
● 20/21 - 4 properties (1x2bed, 3x3bed)
● 19/20 - 6 properties (1x1bed, 3x2bed, 2x3bed)
● 18/19 - 9 properties (1x1bed, 3x2bed, 5x3bed)
● 17/18 - 5 properties (1x 2bed, 4x3bed)

However you have not yet provided all of the information requested, specifically, whether they have been let at Social Rent, or Affordable Rent, or another rent regime (in which case, please provide details).

I would be grateful if you could address the rent issue, with regard to the properties listed above.

With thanks for your help.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Burnham
