ONE: How many dwellings have been purchased by the Council to provide permanent council rented housing in each of the last three years from the following sources:
(1) Ex-RTB homes on council estates
(2) S106 homes on new build developments
(3) Other market properties
Please state the number of bedrooms in each case, for each year.
Please state how many of these properties have been let as Social Rent and Affordable Rent in each case, for each year (or with other rent regime, in which case, please provide details).
Please do not include any properties which have been purchased with the intention to demolish/redevelop.

TWO: How many dwellings have been purchased by the Council to provide housing for temporary accommodation in each of the last three years from the following sources:
(1) Ex-RTB homes on council estates
(2) S106 homes on new build developments
(3) Other market properties
Please state the number of bedrooms in each case, for each year.
Please state the rent regime for these properties by number, in each bedroom size in each year: i.e. Social Rent, or London Affordable Rent, or Local Housing Allowance, etc.
Please include all dwellings purchased by any arm’s length company or housing special purpose vehicle. Please indicate where such a company has been the purchaser.
