DVLA Incompetence

We're waiting for Lee Taylor to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,

Please advise, during the last 12 months, the number of people incorrectly having their licenses revoked due to DVLA error.

Please also advise the average time from when DVLA were informed, to when they actually managed to get round to rectifying their own mistake.

The full name and direct contact details of the Head of "Central Casework Group - Drivers"
The full name and direct contact details of the Head of DVLAs Court Department
The full name and direct contact details of the Head of Data Protection
Details of any third-parties that you would have shared the incorrect information with (for example Police, Insurance Companies etc).
