DVLA Estates Departmant.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency
Can you please tell me exactly how many people are employed directly in the estates department - full and part time along with an with an organisational chart including roles and responsibilities if possible. Also, what is the current annualised wage bill for the Dvla estates department.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Toft

Thank you for your reply but there seems to be some information missing that was requested within my original request.

There is no organisational chart including roles and responsibilities included in your response. This was an important part of my request and has been ignored. Please can this be responded to promptly.

Also, for your information you have assumed and listed my title incorrectly at the top of your last response.

Yours sincerely,

N Williams
