DVLA Database Access

The request was partially successful.

Dear Harrow Borough Council,

I understand the Council has had it's access to the DVLA database revoked following 'audit issues' in late 2011.

Please supply copies of correspondence between the Council and the DVLA (or it's appointed representatives) concerning the 'audit issues': findings, recommendations, sanctions, etc - I would suggest a good starting place for a timeframe would be from 01.01.2011 to 31.12.2011.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Boakes

Delay due to Christmas and New Year? Of more than three days? Complaint filed with the Council's Chief Exec - organisations can't decide to increase the time limit to respond by 50% just because it's Christmas!
