Dear Local Government Ombudsmen,

Could you please provide details of the LGOs position on the duty to arrange the provision in a statement of special educational needs under section 324(5) of the Education Act 1996?

This includes (but is not limited to) any record in the form of internal advice given to investigators, memos circulated amongst staff and/or management, legal advice obtained and determinations capable of publication (redacted where necessary).
