Dear Durham University,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Durham University's handling of my FOI request 'Durham University response to the 2020 UUK consultation with USS participating employers on the Joint Expert Panel report and USS valuations', together with the later clarification which was "The request is for the full response to the UUK consultation with USS Employers which closed on Monday 17 February 2020."

The response is incorrect. What is published is the response to the consultation that was due on 28 February 2020 (which it actually says on the document your response refers to!). What we asked for is the response to the consultation on contribution rates that was due on 17 February 2020.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

Yours faithfully,

F.W. Pritchard
