What is the travel and administration cost to the Exchequer of Democratic Unionist MP and their staff travelling from their homes in Northern Ireland and accommodated in London in the event of their presence to vote on U.K. legislation in accordance with the agreement with the minority Conservative Party government signed on 26th June 2017?
