Dear Dyfed Powys Police,

This request relates to the dumping of dead birds and what appeared to be other wildlife at Dyfi Falls on 2 November 2021. This incident was filmed and publicised in a press release by The League Against Cruel Sports on 22 January 2022. It is understood that Natural Resources Wales and Dyfed Powys Police were notified on 17 November 2021.

Has Dyfed Powys Police commenced an investigation into this incident?

When was any investigation opened?

What is the present situation with this matter?

information is held by the force.

been established that there is no information held/recorded by Dyfed-Powys
Police in relation to your request.
