Due Process Of Law
Dear Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service,
What guarantees are in place that a fair trial and due process of law will take place during a civil proceeding?
And if the sheriff does not observe due process of law, then who can a person issue a complaint to?
Yours faithfully,
Paulo Diaz
