In respect of a) The Chief Executives Department and b) The Department of Law and Property, could you please provide the following information for past 12 months from today's date:

(1) Full details of all reported allegations/cases of fraud involving council employees together with associated investigation outcomes

(2) In respect of (1) above, the statistical breakdown in terms of race,ethnicity and gender.

(3) In respect of (1) above, all related published reports.

(4) Dudley Council's Employee Codes of Conduct.

Your request is being considered and you will receive the information

Information Act 2000/Environmental Information Regulations) or 40 calendar
days (Data Protection access requests).

For your information, the Acts and Regulations define a number of
exemptions which may prevent release of the information you have

categories apply then the information may not be released. In some
circumstances the decision to release information, or not, will be based

If the information you require is for the purpose of civil or criminal action then applications can be made through the courts to compel the Local Authority to provide such information as within the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Section 29 and 30. In the CPR 1998 you need a part 18 order and in the criminal look at MCA 1980 Section 97
