1. Comprehensive details of the time targets set for caseworkers, including the time allowed for different tasks or activities, particularly any differences in time allowed for refusals as opposed to grants, including all relevant departmental policies and guidance;
2. All policies, guidance and materials relating to training of caseworkers;
3. Records detailing all training given to caseworkers;
4. All policies, guidance, and materials relating to the training and assessment of those delivering training to caseworkers;
5. Records demonstrating that training of caseworkers is carried out in accordance with the above policies;
