Dear Lincolnshire Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT),
I am writing to request information regarding the amount of drugs that have either misplaced or stolen.
More specifically; what is the volume of drugs stolen, misplaced or missing from your PCT and how much is this amount worth in monetary terms? I'd like to know the figures from 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Yours faithfully,

Thomas Mughal
