has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).   

 

Your request and our response are as follows: 

 

Please provide your policy on drug/substance use by Staff employed by your
trust and your expectations including what disciplinary action if a staff
member has been found to use illegal drugs/substances inside or outside
their contracted hours of employment.

Please find attached the Trust policy regarding substance misuse which
covers both questions raised.

 

I hope that the response that the Trust has provided is satisfactory. 
However, if you are dissatisfied with the way in which your Freedom of
