Drug use, recent spending and cannabinoids

Dear Westminster City Council,

Please regard the following as a request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I would like to know the following information:

1. The Number of drug-related deaths in your area where the substances identified below which are commonly abused were mentioned on the death certificate. This figure should be provided separately for each substance for deaths registered in the three most recent years on record and as a total figure for all the named commonly abused substances as identified below for deaths registered in in those years.

Substances:
Heroin and Morphine
Methadone
Cannabis
Other cannabinoids such as spice*
New Psychoactive Substances

*If cannabis and other cannabinoids are recorded in one category, please provide this figure. If they are recorded separately, please provide the figures as such.

2. Your total spend on substance use treatment and interventions for each of the three most recent years on record.

3. The number of people treated for misuse of cannabinoids or synthetic cannabinoids for each of the three most recent years on record.

4. The total spend relating specifically to the prevention of cannabis and other cannabinoid-related misuse and deaths for the three most recent years on record.

5. Actual spend on drug and alcohol treatment in the three most recent years on record, broken down by: spend on (i) community treatment, (ii) residential treatment, (iii) inpatient treatment and (iv) non-structured treatment for each of (a) adult drug services, (b) adult alcohol services and (c) young peoples services;

6. Anticipated spend on drug and alcohol treatment in the next year to go on record, broken down by: spend on (i) community treatment, (ii) residential treatment, (iii) inpatient treatment and (iv) non-structured treatment for each of (a) adult drug services, (b) adult alcohol services and (c) young peoples services;
