To whom it may concern

Dear Sir/Madam

I am looking for information on the number of people requesting access to residential drug and alcohol rehab in the local authority area.

I am requesting these figures under Freedom of Information legislation over the last five years. I would like to know:

• How many people have requested access to residential drug and alcohol rehabs in the following financial years: 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/2020?
• Which residential rehabs services are open to those living in your health board area?
• How many people in your health board area were funded to attend rehab in the following financial years: 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/2020?
• Can you confirm the number of times funding was refused for rehab in the following financial years: 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/2020?
• How much was spent on residential rehab in your local authority area in the following years: 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/2020?
• From which budget line is this funding pulled? [ie health/LA social work etc]

If this request is unclear in any way, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Freedom of Information Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it?
