I have attached the following information in fulfilment of your request:

1.    How many people have requested access to residential drug and
alcohol rehabs in the following financial years: 2015/16, 2016/17,
2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/2020?

I have to advise that the information you requested is information not
held by the Council and as such I must refuse your request in terms of
Section 17 of FOISA. However, in line with the duty placed on the Council
in terms of Section 15 of FOISA, I can advise that this information is not
recorded in our information management systems. The Argyll and Bute

health board  area?

I have to advise that the information you requested is information not
held by the Council and as such I must refuse your request in terms of

in terms of Section 15 of FOISA, I can advise that this information may be

funded by the local authority to attend rehab in the requested years and
the associated spend.

I have to advise that the information you requested on the total number of
people in the health board area funded to attend rehab is information not
held by the Council and as such I must refuse your request in terms of
Section 17 of FOISA. However, in line with the duty placed on the Council
in terms of Section 15 of FOISA, I can advise that this information may be
