So the Hospital will not admit or deny there was any drug errors with regards to Baby AE.
To be honest I would rather believe Baby AE Parents who confirmed that their had been at least 2 drug errors pertaining to this.
The Hospital secrets remain .
Disgraceful lack of transparency.
The Hospitalal can do nothing about my comments we are all allowed freedom of speech.

Dear Whittaker Alex,
Yes you could of done better with regards to this Freedom of Information request.
There. Should not of been any breach of compliance time with regards to this Freedom of Information request as well as my other FOI reuests . The compliance time has been breached with every FOI of Information requests that I have sent to the Trust.
NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE

Yours sincerely,

Alison Stevens

I will never ever stop disclosing injustice and everything that pertains to this and all cases of injustice.
The Hospital will definitely not silence me now and forever.
