Drug approval dates

The request was successful.

Dear Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency,

Please could you provide a list of all drugs approved for use in the UK by the MHRA, with:

1. The full name of the drug
2. The date the drug was approved (year only is fine)

The Food & Drug Adminstration publishes this information for the US [1]: it would be very useful for our research purposes to have it for the UK.

If you can categorise the drugs using BNF names and codes that would be helpful, but it is not essential.

Thank you for your help. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Yours faithfully,

Anna Smith
