Could you please clarify exactly what information you are requesting?  If
you are asking for information about speeding etc this would not be held
by the council but by the Police.

I am looking for any PCNs handed out during the time periods stated below,
from parking fines to driving in a bus lane etc.

Fines given out in 2023 &  2024

a list of the offences committed in 2023 and to date 2024 (seperated per
year)

a list of the fines associated with each offence

total amount collected in fines in 2023 and to date in 2024 (seperated per
year)

total number of offences in 2023 and to date in 2024 (up until records
allow) (separated per year).

Please see the attached which contains the data we hold in relation to
your request.

Data is correct as on 10 October 2024. Please note, payment received data
is subject to change, as further payment may be received in relation to
cases that are currently outstanding.

If you have any queries or concerns about this please contact us.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request or wish to
appeal against the decision to exempt any part of your request, you should

write in to Freedom of Information team, Merton Council, Civic Centre,

If you escalate to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) without
following the council’s internal review process, the ICO will refer you
