Driving offences per local authority
Dear Merton Borough Council,
I am looking for information regarding driving offences in your area.
Specifically, I would like a breakdown of all driving offence fines given out in 2023 and so far in 2024, including:
- a list of the offences committed in 2023 and to date in 2024 (separated per year)
- a list of the fines associated with each offence
- total amount collected in fines in 2023 and to date in 2024 (separated per year)
- total number of offences in 2023 and to date in 2024 (up until records allow) (separated per year)
I would like to receive this preferably in Excel format.
Yours faithfully,
Jade Tilbury

Dear Jade Tilbury
Thank you for your recently submitted Freedom of Information request
detailed below.
Could you please clarify exactly what information you are requesting? If
you are asking for information about speeding etc this would not be held
by the council but by the Police.
Please note your request has been put on hold until we hear back from you.
Yours sincerely

Dear foi,

I am looking for any PCNs handed out during the time periods stated below, from parking fines to driving in a bus lane etc.
I have sent a similar request to the local constabulary for driving offences they cover also.
Yours sincerely,
