Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,

My name on Driving Licence has a spelling mistake. Few characters of my surname have been removed and appended after my middle name. This is causing identity check issues for all applications that I used my driving licence as supporting document. Can you please help me to understand what I'd the process of correcting it?
