Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,

I came to the uk in 2021 October as a student and changed my visa in to a graduate visa in January 2023 after an year do the firt year consider as a resident if not can i drive for the next 12 months with my indian licence stating as a resident from jan 2023.
