Drink driving statistics
Dear West Mercia Police,
I have received statistics from a previous drink driving freedom of information request that revealed that every year between 2008 and 2014 more than 75% of the people caught drink driving were men.
I would like to also request the statistics of drink drivers for 2015 in the West Mercia police area.
How many people were stopped and breathalyzed?
How many people tested positive?
how many drink drivers were men?
how many drink drivers were women?
I would also like to request statistics that show how far back this has been the case; for how many years have men made up more than 75% of the people caught drink driving in the West Mercia police force area.
Yours faithfully,
Kathryn Emerson
