Draper Estate - deed of mutual easement

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Southwark Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Southwark Council,

I understand that the council entered a deed of mutual easement in May 2019 with the freeholder of 1 Draper House on the Draper Estate, London SE1.

Please supply a copy of this deed and any reports or emails relating to the decision to grant this easement.

Yours faithfully,

James Hatts
