The 2016 Harrogate District Draft Local Plan consultation on sites suitable for residential development did not include Site H22 (Land north of Granby Farm) however it was subsequently added to the 2017 Harrogate District Draft Local Plan Additional Sites consultation.

Please can you supply the full report on this site including (but not limited to) the assessment and reasons for its non-inclusion in the 2016 consultation and the full report including (but not limited to) the assessment and reasons for its subsequent inclusion in the 2017 consultation.
