This is all precisely recorded information the service should have access to.

Please provide these with urgency due to the already Significent delay.

This is not a case of tit for tat but its information essential for me to form a balanced and fair picture of events occurred.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Southwark Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Draft final account "cwg-14/130"'.

In answer to my question

H. CAi 12 - Hydromag £9,960 – ii. please provide the date of installation (X).
Since October 2016 to the date of installation (X) ,
iii. how many times did you swapped the heat exchanger plates and descaler rotating pairs? and
iv.. how many time have you done this from day of Hydromag installation to date ?

Your reply was :

We did not swap heat exchanger plates and descaler rotating pairs before the Hydromag was installed as the system did not use these before the boiler house refurbishment.
iv. 8 (you have carried out the rotations of plates 8 times since installations)

1. The boiler refurbishment work completed October 2016. the Hydromag (CAI 012) issued date 11.08.17.
in between October 2016 and August 2017 you have carried out rotations of the plates regularly. Your answer is therefore , again , incorrect.

I have asked How many times you have carried out rotations of plates before hydromag installed and how many since hydromag installed. perhaps now I have told you the correct dates , it would be easier for the service to provide clearer answer .

Dear Mr Carmel
I write further to your correspondence with the ICO. You have stated that in relation to Ref 947150 you did not receive satisfactory information relating to Question D.

For reference, your original question was:

D. Item V007 clarify the changes in the scope of Work for £10,688.26 Item V008 New Cold Water Booster £21,513.00 - provide date it was installed and the reason new pumps were needed so frequently over the last 2 years.

We responded:
D.
i. This is not asking for recorded data that the Council would hold so we have responded to this question as a service request.
• Hot water heaters are now indirectly heated by the main heating boilers whereas before it had a direct gas fired hot water heater.
• The hot water services are now boosted whereas before the original gas fired hot water heater was gravity fed from the main tanks on the roof.
• New condensing type boilers installed.
ii. 23 September 2016.
iii. The pumps were changed as part of the contract but haven’t been changed since.
iv. Twelve months.

In your follow up email you stated:

(D) V007 -- in fact its with reference to order M003 which you should have as recorded information , at least one you could obtain from the PM or consultants as per your agreement with them . same apply to date of installations of hydromag as well as cold water booster . - it would be on the reciepts . This is all precisely recorded information the service should have access to.

I have received the following response from the service:

M003 which is attached refer to a drawing of the boiler and oil tank rooms and Item V007 clarify the changes in the scope of Work for £10,688.26

V007 Add i.e a variation – New supply fan c/w ductwork Ref: M003 A for both boiler room and oil tank room following changes to scope of works £10,688.26.
T he scope of works was changed due to Health and Safety. The plantroom ventilation did not comply with building Regulations. The ventilation ductwork and ventilation fan was replaced

I hope this is satisfactory.
