"14. The Allegation made against Dr Borse is as follows:
That being registered under the Medical Act 1983 (as amended):
1. Between 29 February 2018 and 29 July 2018, you engaged in a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of your colleague, Dr A. Admitted and Found Proved
2. Your conduct as described at paragraph 1:
a. took place despite you having been warned by your employer about your behaviour towards junior colleagues and/or Dr A on at least one occasion; Admitted and Found Proved
b. was sexually motivated;

c. continued after Dr A had told you that she was not interested in a personal relationship with you. Admitted and Found Proved
3. On or around 31 March 2018, your conduct towards your colleague, Dr B, was inappropriate in that you:

b. said words to the effect that:
