Mahfoud’s hearing decision.

The information you have asked for is currently being prepared for

The exemption

Section 22 of the FOIA is the exemption which applies to information
intended for future publication. This exemption is subject to a public
interest test and I believe that the public interest in maintaining the
exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
