'2. On 3 May 2016 Dr Qureshi was convicted at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court of ‘Sexual Assault on a female – no penetration’. On 17 June 2016 Dr Qureshi was sentenced to a 12-month Community Order with a requirement for 20 days Rehabilitation Activity. His name was also included on the Sex Offender Register for a period of five years.'
