Thank you for your email dated 19 September requesting full details of the MPT hearing concerning Dr Georges Mouton (GMC reference number 4689715) that concluded on 16 July 2021. I've considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

I can't provide the information you requested as we're currently planning to publish the determination in the near future. Unfortunately, there are some current delays regarding the publication of hearing determinations but we're planning on publishing the determination you have requested in approximately 4 weeks. I have provided details of the relevant exemption below.
