Dr Derek Keilloh

The request was partially successful.

Dear General Medical Council,

This is a formal request under Freedom of Information Act 2000:

1) Could you, please, email transcripts of Dr Derek Keilloh's hearings at GMC, please?

2) Did GMC have the complete medical notes for detainee(s) from Iraq?

3) How were the injuries timed, for example, those of fractured ribs? Could you forward a copy of the expert report commissioned by GMC and that by the defence, please?

4) Please, forward post-mortem findings for Mr Mousa if you can.

5) What happened to any of the soldiers who beat up Mr Mousa?

Yours sincerely,

Helen Bright

FOI, General Medical Council

Dear General Medical Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of General Medical Council's handling of my FOI request 'Dr Derek Keilloh'.

1. Firstly, let me thank you for providing the helpful links and for answering the questions. Two links did not work but the first one to Baha Mousa Inquiry index page did so I was able to find the information that was inaccessible from the other two links.

2. I would very much appreciate if exemption applied under s 40. 2 by virtue of s 40.3 a(i) of Freedom of Information Act could be reconsidered. There is no evidence that third party objected to disclosure and I should be grateful if you could obtain their permission.

3. You may be able to redact some information too.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Dr Helen Bright
