1/ I am interested in how did Helen HARDY GMC Planning manager at the GMC)formulate her response to Dr David FOX (FOM) regarding the publication of a FOM communication dated 21 May 2020. The matter in question being "the interplay between GMC guidance and the legal requirements placed on a selected medical Practitioner (SMP).

2/ I would further ask, the sight of the document from David FOX to Helen HARDY leading to the GMC advice and the FOM communication dated 21 May 2020.

3/ The supporting evidence provided to Helen HARDY from Dr FOX in answer to his question.

4/ The exact response from Helen HARDY to Dr FOX regarding his question.

5/ Any supporting evidence from Helen HARDY to Dr FOX to answer his question and sources.

6/ Any external evidence (communications e mails documents) that led to Helen HARDY's advice to Dr FOX and the FOM .
