Not impaired:
'116. The Tribunal is satisfied that a conversation about Fifty Shades of Grey took place between Ms A and Dr Okeke in his bedroom. It noted that Dr Okeke made admissions in respect of discussing Fifty Shades of Grey, saying Ms A was beautiful and wanting to “see everything”. The Tribunal considers that these concessions by Dr Okeke took place in circumstances where he need not have made those concessions. The Tribunal noted Dr Okeke’s denials in respect of saying “oh that’s a shame” in response to Ms A saying she did not like that sort of thing. While the Tribunal considers that it is plausible and is probable that Ms A said she didn’t like anything like that, in view of the concessions made by Dr Okeke and its view of his reliability and credibility, the Tribunal prefers his evidence and accepts that he did not make the statement “oh that’s a shame” to Ms A as alleged.'
