Dear Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills's handling of my FOI request 'Dr Challoner's Grammar School'.

If you look at the schools that I have requested information upon, you will see that they have all been graded 'outstanding' by Ofsted. I am, and have been for the past three years been working on a research project looking at what makes an 'outstanding' secondary school. Since the new inspection framework was launched in 2019, the number of schools judged to be 'outstanding' has dramatically declined. Access to the evidence base will help me with my research into how and what makes an 'outstanding' school. It is well within the public interest for this to be disclosed. I do not believe that this is a vexatious request as I have placed each request individually as I have read other rejected FOI requests from Ofsted for not requesting information separately for separate schools.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

Yours faithfully,

Trevor Jones
