'At his hearing on 17 September 2020, Dr Kuye admitted the allegation in its entirety and the Tribunal found it proved.'
What Dr Kuye admitted to:
'4. ...

Background
7. On 16 September 2018, Dr Kuye was XXX with Ms A when an argument ensued about the TV programme Ms A was watching. XXX In the course of the argument, Dr Kuye moved to an upstairs room to diffuse the situation. However, shortly afterwards, he went back downstairs and removed the cable from the TV to prevent Ms A recording the TV programme.
8. Having removed the cable from the TV, Dr Kuye took the cable upstairs with him and placed it on a window ledge. Ms A then went upstairs to get the cable and, having taken it from the window ledge, Dr Kuye tried to grab the cable.
