Dear Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust,
Please provide
1. a copy of any DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment) you have undertaken relating to the Trust's website, including if applicable the use of a processor to host / develop the website
2. If you use such a processor, a copy of the data processing schedule which contains the information required by Art 28 UK GDPR. I do not need the commercial or other parts of the contract.

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
