To: Port of Dover Police and Dover Harbour Board
Ref: Bye Law 67 of Dover Harbour Bye Laws 1953

Dear Sir,

I am trying to track down a copy of the above bye law (67, part of the Dover Harbour Bye Laws 1953). There is no reference to it on www.legislation.gov.uk and I can’t locate a copy elsewhere on the Internet. As such, these bye laws appear not to be readily, publically available and viewable and I lodge this Freedom of Information request on the back of this.

As the primary police force that enforces and prosecutes under this collection of bye laws, and as the Board that primarily makes these bye laws, could you please furnish me with a full copy of the Dover Harbour Bye Laws 1953, inclusive of bye law 67, in soft copy so that it’s available on the Internet via this Freedom of Information request going forward.

Yours faithfully,
N Brun
