Donations, gifts, sponsorships and loans

The request was refused by Norfolk Constabulary.

Dear Norfolk Constabulary,

This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.

For the year 2018 and available data for 2019, I would like to be provided with details on donations, gifts, sponsorships and loans that have been received by the police force.

For each donation, gift, sponsorship and loan, please provide the following information:

- The year that the donation, gift, sponsorship and loan was received
- The sum or value (if known) and description of the donation, gift, sponsorship and loan
- If known, what the donation, gift, sponsorship and loan was subsequently used for e.g. a donation passed to teams working with the local community, or a gift subsequently used in a charity raffle

For each donation, gift, sponsorship and loan, please provide further information regarding where the donation, gift, sponsorship and loan came from:

- If it was an individual, please provide the full name and title of the individual who awarded the donation, gift, sponsorship or loan
- If it was a government department or another public authority such as a council that awarded the donation, gift, sponsorship or loan, please provide the name of that government department or public authority
- If it was a company or organisation or group that awarded the donation, gift, sponsorship or loan, please provide the name of that company or organisation or group
- If it was a foundation or charity that awarded the donation, gift, sponsorship or loan, please provide the name of that foundation or charity

I would like to receive the information electronically. If you feel that a substantive response to this request is not possible within a reasonable time frame, or the request is too broad or too vague, I would be grateful if you could contact me and provide assistance as to how I could refine the request.
