Please can you tell me the following; (all questions are related to Domiciliary Care for adults 18 and over)

How many packages do you commission on a monthly basis?

Do you have a framework in place? If yes:
What type of framework is it?
When does it expire?

If you do have a framework in place, what % of care do you have to spot purchase outside of the framework?

How do you commission care packages currently?

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we are
not certain that we have understood your request correctly / we need
further details from you in order to identify the information.

Therefore I should be grateful if you would clarify the following;

In your request you state that it relates to Direct Payments in
Domiciliary Care. Can you clarify if you mean Service Users in receipt of
a Direct Payment (personal budget) or whether you are requesting
information relating to directly commissioned (by the Council) Domiciliary
Care services.
 
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 28/02/2018.
 
If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
