Through an purpose built I.T system – if yes, which one
Through other IT system – if yes, which one
Via Telephone

Dear Callum,

Further to your email of 17 January,  as the Council does not commission
services for clients in receipt of a direct payment, we would not be able
to answer your request as it stands.

If, however, you wish for general information regarding commissioned
domiciliary care packages, we would be able to answer your questions.
Therefore, I would be grateful if you could confirm whether your request
is specifically for direct payments relating to domiciliary care or
whether you wish to amend it.

Kind Regards.

Sharon
