I would like to make an inquiry under the Freedom of information Act regarding Direct Payments in Domiciliary Care.
Please can you tell me the following; (all questions are related to Domiciliary Care for adults 18 and over)

How many packages do you commission on a monthly basis?

Do you have a framework in place? If yes:
What type of framework is it?
When does it expire?

If you do have a framework in place, what % of care do you have to spot purchase outside of the framework?

How do you commission care packages currently?
Through an purpose built I.T system – if yes, which one
Through other IT system – if yes, which one

Furthermore, re your question "How many packages do you commission on a monthly basis?", unfortunately we have not been able to collate our response within the allocated time and need to extend the time limit for responding to this question by 10 working days.
