Dear Birmingham East and North Primary Care Trust (PCT),

Please can you send information on which of the following domestic and sexual violence services (including trafficking, forced marriage, honor-based violence, forced genital mutilation and prostitution), you wholly or partly fund or commission from the PCT budget?

If you do not currently commission these services do you have plans to in the future?

I look forward to your response.

Yours faithfully,

Davina James-Hanman

Dear FOI Bham-Solihull (HEART OF BIRMINGHAM TEACHING PCT),

Thank you for your response. I am left a little baffled as to how I could express myself more clearly but how about:

I would like to know if you wholly or partly fund or commission from the PCT budget any services for domestic violence victims or perpetrators or their children.

I would like to know if you wholly or partly fund or commission from the PCT budget any services for rape or sexual assault victims or perpetrators or their children.

I would like to know if you wholly or partly fund or commission from the PCT budget any services for trafficking victims or perpetrators or their children.

I would like to know if you wholly or partly fund or commission from the PCT budget any services for forced marriage victims or perpetrators or their children.

I would like to know if you wholly or partly fund or commission from the PCT budget any services for honour based violence victims or perpetrators or their children.

I would like to know if you wholly or partly fund or commission from the PCT budget any services for women involved in prostitution, the men who purchase them or their children.

I would like to know if you wholly or partly fund or commission from the PCT budget any services for honour based violence victims or perpetrators or their children.

I would also be interested to know if you fund any prevention services for any of the above. Do let me know if you require further clarity.

Yours sincerely,

Davina James-Hanman
