Domestic Carbon Monoxide fatalities by Tenure

Health and Safety Executive did not have the information requested.

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

For each of the years within the range 2010/11 to 2016/17, can you please provide a breakdown of the number of domestic carbon monoxide fatalities that occurred in
(a) rented properties (ideally by private renters and social renters) and
(b) non-rented properties (owner-occupiers)?

For each of the years above, can you also please confirm the number of incidents that account for the fatalities?

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Hughes

I have not received a response to my FOI request promptly or within the long stop deadline date. Furthermore I have not been given any reason as to the delay and I now ask that my request is subjected to Internal Review

Dear Mr Hughes

An internal review will not be appropriate as the 20 working day deadline is close tomorrow 15 June 2017. This is due to the fact that the 29 May was a Bank Holiday and not a working day.

I understand that a reply has been sent to you today. I believe that this has crossed with your premature request for an internal review.

Regards

Helen
